With her beautiful paintings in the background, Valerie Graniou-Cook is talking about the inspiration behind her work. She believes that love is the answer and that we can make the choice at every moment. "If we simply listen, will will be guided towards that" says Valerie and she would love her work to be a reminder of that to people and the support to be able to connect within and have the meditative aspect. "So that they can let go of the world for a little bit and turn within and realise that we can make it better and everything will be ok. We can heal we can choose to embrace love, we can choose to be supportive of each other." This is the true intent of what she would like to achieve with her work.
