Music director of the Windsor Symphony orchestra, Robert Franz is talking about a wonder online concert series called The music. The story. The food. This is a collaboration between music and culinary art and together with Rob Nelson, a distinguished chef, Robert and the Windsor Symphony orchestra have created a series of 7 concerts and dishes from the time period and region of where the music originally came from. The series is constructed in such a way that in each episode there is one where the dish is being demonstrated by Rob Nelson and then the second part is the concert. The idea of how food brings families and friends together was the inspiration behind this project and in this way Robert wants the series not just to be about watching an online concert but also to have a whole experience of eating together and enjoying the music.
The series starts on the 14th of January 2022 and continues until 31st of March. A recipe book with all the dishes is also included. For more information visit https://www.windsorsymphony.com/events/
