Tara is the Artistic Director of CET, where she is at the helm of directing the company's mainstage productions. Tara encourages her students to embrace their mistakes and celebrate them with a joyful "TA-DA!" as a way to rediscover the joy of play and uncover their true artistic potential.

Additionally, Tara works with executive leaders and organizations, coaching them in improvisation, vocal technique, body awareness, leadership presence, and other artistic practices to elevate their professional performance.
