Renaldo Fourie. Master Distiller. The art of making Gin.

He is talking about the the processes of making Gin and Brandy and how many variables there are to keep in consideration in the distilling process. Renaldo tells how he learnt about distilling at a very young age which led him to study wine making and organic chemistry which helped to gain more knowledge about distilling. He is now also in the process of starting and developing a new distillery business and is looking forward to this process.
