Chef Julian Kutos - People value simple things when it comes to cooking because it is relatable.

"What I like when I teach recipes, for me it's not just to learn the recipe, do this, do that. For me people should really embrace cooking. It's not following steps from a guide book one after the other, it's really learning. If you can learn letters from the alphabet, you can read. If you learn a few things in cooking, you can cook anything in the world," says Chef Julian Kutos. Julian has a wonderful concept of doing online cooking classes and in this way people from anywhere in the world can take part and learn from him. His wonderful informal way of demonstrating dishes makes cooking seem effortless and this is a great way of inspiring people to get involved with cooking. Julian talks about how his interest in cooking started and how he went from working in marketing to becoming a chef. His grandmother played a big part in his love for cooking since a young age and he still admires her for her skills. Hear more about Julian's views on cultural dishes and his wishes for the futures.

Julian's shout out goes to Kaffee Alt Wien for the coffee expertise.
