I discover a lot of gems on my Instagram newsfeed and one of them is the puppeteer, Paul Lewis who lives in New Zeeland. Joined by two of his puppets, Paul is talking about how he came to be interested in puppeteering already at a very young age. Inspired by the program Sesame Street and later the Muppet show of the 70's Paul started making his own puppets. After a career as a opera singer at the New Zeeland opera and also working as an actor, Paul returned to do his first love to be a puppeteer. He story is so beautiful and just shows that we should never give up on the dream. Hear more about the process of puppet making, the development of the characters and see first hand how a puppet comes to life in Paul's hands.

Paul I hope more of you wishes would come true and I also hope more people would realise how beautiful the art of puppeteering really is. For a few minutes I could turn back into a child again.
