Paul is known for his jazz compositions and his own ensemble, The Paul Jenkins Quartet, which performed at esteemed London venues. He also founded JEMWA, a band blending Western and African music styles. His involvement in the world music scene includes collaborations with Iranian musicians, showcasing a fusion of jazz and Iranian folk music.
Venturing into commercial music, Paul founded Third Eye Music Productions Ltd, producing a wide range of musical projects for artists and companies. His contributions to musical theater are notable, with arrangements and original scores for productions like "Inner City Jam" and "White Folks - A Musical Fable."
