Duo Karolina Mikołajczyk & Iwo Jedynecki are talking about the their program where they are playing from Baroque to contemporary with Karolina playing the violin and Iwo the accordion. For them playing music from different eras bring colour to their program and then everyone can find something they love. Karolina explains that the sound of the accordion is quite similar to the sound of the accordion and even though she had to adjust the tuning of the violin, there are many things that the two instruments have in common. Iwo and Karolina would like to show all the possibilities that the violin and accordion combination could bring and even thought the like to do something new, they always want to play to a high standard.
