Justin van Wyk, Winemaker at Constantia Glen - The natural process of making wine.

“A place where grapes grow optimally means that there should be very little intervention in the final winemaking process.” says winemaker Justin van Wyk of Constantia Glen wine estate. From the vineyards, where they don’t use any insecticides to the cellar where the red wines are allowed to go through a natural fermentation process, they follow the traditional way of making wines. “I try and intervene as little as possible, and we try and do the entire process as naturally as possible”. Hear more about the different wines from this beautiful wine estate on the slopes of the Constantia Mountain in South Africa and the lovely story of how the winery started.

Justin’s shout out goes to "Coffee block" and "Beyond Expectation" on the Buitenverwachting wine estate
