After hand-picking the grapes, they are brought to the nearby wine cellar for processing, as naturally as possible, into wine. As a result, the wines also exhibit a unique naturalness and impress with their distinctive taste character. This approach requires a lot of expertise, which the two trained oenologists, Jonas and Brian, bring to the table.
