There's a whole education that needs to happen on many levels because the talent in this country is exceptional, says Johan Engelbrecht, writer, actor, singer and designer in South Africa. "But I don't know what are they going to do. If you train people and the sad thing is when you say, I can take your money but I can't guarantee you anything. It is sad because the opportunities aren't here." Johan is talking about the big changes in the theatre world that happened after 1994 in South Africa and the why there are not many opportunities for actors in South Africa. He is also talking about his award winning Novel "Kaffertjie" based on a true story. Johan is also now developing a Radio drama and it's a new challenge for him to work only with audio.
