Jeffrey De Weyer - Art of chocolate - It's the greatest job in the world to be a chocolatier.

"I've never worked a day in my life", says Chocolatier Jeffrey De Weyer. "Every day I arrive at my job, but honestly, it's the greatest job in the world to be a chocolatier" Jeffrey's is so passionate about chocolate and interest in baking started at the age of 4 when he started baking with his grandmother. From that age already he knew he wanted to be involved in baking and now he is specifically working as a chocolatier at the most famous Belgium chocolate makers "Belcolade chocolate". Jeffrey explains what is specific to Belgium chocolate and the process from harvesting the beans in different countries of the world to the process of producing chocolate in the factory at Belcolade. The process of fermentation already happens in the countries where the beans are harvested and Belcolade has developed a program where coco bean farmers are being educated in how to achieve the best coco bean farming methods. Belcolade has also invested in these communities and have ensured that schools are built and communities are provided with running water.
