Jeffery Koo - Pastry Chef and Chocolatier - The experience of having pastry with all five senses.
"My pastry is not only about eating. It is enjoyable, it has colour, different layers and texture." says Jeffery Koo. People should experience his pastry with all 5 senses. Jeffery is talking from outside his shop "A little sweet" in Manchester in the UK. It has been a dream come true for him to own his business. He gained his experience by working and learning from pastry chefs in France and now he would like to combine the sweet treats of Hong Kong with the sweet treats of Europe. Jeffery tells the story of how he started his career as a pastry chef and also the competitions he took part in. He also try to educate people on why it is important to buy a good quality pastry and how important it is to use the best quality ingredients. He is also a chocolatier and would like his customers to understand the difference between commercial and artisan chocolate.
