Ballet teacher, Anita Young MBE: "I do take every opportunity that comes my way, even if I get nervous and think: Can I really do it? And then I think: Do you know what? How do you learn? How do you better yourself?

It's interesting because today everything is focused so much on being the best, on being the winner. But for me it's the effort, it's what you get from life, from trying things."

Anita is talking about her time as a ballet dancer at the Royal Ballet and also what she believes is important when teaching young dancers. She has so many fond memories of her time as a dancer, working closely with Margot Fonteyn and also recently as ballet teacher at the Royal Ballet school.
