Conductor Agata Zając is talking about being a resident conductor Filharmonia Sudecka in Poland. She will have seven assistantships during the season and 2 of her own concerts Agata talks about the importance of self development as a young conductor and the importance of attending conducting Masterclasses. She also explains what the role of assistant conductor is and the valuable experience to be gained in this role.
